Arranging events in London? The world’s your oyster! There’s a treasure trove of the most wow worthy event spaces to choose from. But that’s the problem, people!

The UK capital is renowned worldwide for its historical and cultural significance. As you’d expect, this includes a whole host of amazing venues for any occasion. Unsurprisingly, organisers of events in London often feel overwhelmed by sheer choice.

But fear not! I’m here to guide you through a few of my current personal favourites. There’s way too many to cram into just one article. So, I’ve cherry-picked a few hotels and venues I’ve recently visited in person. Each one is unique and full of character, ensuring there's something for every preference, purse and event type.

The Landmark London – Elegant and Opulent

  • This majestic hotel’s easy accessibility makes it a dream venue for events in London, without sacrificing an ounce of grandeur. You’ll want to pay close attention if imposing spaces and sumptuous ballrooms are your thing. In addition, they’re complemented by a fleet of some of the largest hotel bedrooms I’ve ever seen, (which means particularly big by London standards!). Better still, half the rooms face in towards the High Palms and new Champagne Bar. Ideal for people watching and taking in the size and scale of this queen (or king) of a property.

This is the venue for you if modern design, sophistication, and sheer class are top of your wish list. I seldom use the words jaw-dropping, but this hotel truly is.

BMA House – Timeless Sophistication

Plus, there’s the spacious Courtyard and serene Garden, which can be used for summer events in the capital’s heart, a strolling distance from Euston and King’s Cross. It’s known for its scale and versatility, with 23 varied rooms which have hosted many cultural and historical events in London between them. When you’re looking for a dazzling events venue combining heritage with ultra- modern functionality, you’ve come to the right place.

At the end of the day, The Smoke (as us non-Londoners call it) offers hotels and venues beyond every event planner's wildest dreams, reflecting the vibrant spirit of the metropolis. These places are filled with memories waiting to be made.

Whether you’re planning a small meeting or a massive gala dinner, save yourself some serious headaches and drop me a line.  At The Venue Hunters, it’s my job to keep on top of the London venue circuit, (which is no mean feat!). So, you don’t have to. Even better, it’s completely free, for a dedicated hotel and venue finding service that’s second-to-none.
